When a chap­ter ends.

This is a spe­cial lit­tle post because it marks the end of a long col­la­bo­ra­tion with our favo­rite trans­la­tor, Abbie. And yes, as in any good sto­ry, the cha­rac­ters meet, go on a jour­ney toge­ther and then leave each other. With me being the main cha­rac­ter in my sto­ry, Abbie has been a source of moti­va­tion for me. She is far from unre­la­ted to the fact that the blog now has over 626 posts and the majo­ri­ty of them have been trans­la­ted by her. Solo­Mo­ti­va­tion refers to the fact that it is pos­sible to moti­vate your­self, but on a road as long as this one, I have to say that she has made it much easier for me. A weight she was able to share with me. With Abbie being the main cha­rac­ter in Abbie’s sto­ry, we cros­sed paths because of her willin­gness to share her talent with people like me.

This kind of adven­ture is not uncom­mon, but taking the road that brought us toge­ther is not com­mon either. The road to entre­pre­neur­ship is beco­ming more and more popu­lar and will allow many to expe­rience what Abbie and I have.

Although this is the end of one chap­ter, it is defi­ni­te­ly the begin­ning of ano­ther for me and ano­ther for Abbie. A new chap­ter begins where the main cha­rac­ter is dif­ferent from the pre­vious chap­ter. They are trans­for­med by the expe­riences they have had. I wish us both suc­cess and hap­pi­ness. Thank you, Abbie!

Well, well, well. The end of a long and won­der­ful chap­ter has arri­ved. First of all, Dan­ny, it has been such a plea­sure wor­king with you for almost two years – I can’t quite believe it has been so long! You men­tio­ned in your post that I was a moti­va­tion for you, but tru­th­ful­ly, I see you as a moti­va­tion for not only myself but for those who read these posts and those around you. Eve­ry single time I trans­late one of your blog posts, I learn some­thing new. You have a mar­vel­lous mind and the wis­dom you impart on others is inspiring. 

Whil­st it is sad that this chap­ter is clo­sing, I want to take a moment to be gra­te­ful that it hap­pe­ned. In the free­lance world, it is not often that you have the oppor­tu­ni­ty to work with a client so clo­se­ly and build such a great pro­fes­sio­nal rela­tion­ship, but you and I have been able to do that and for me, that has been a real plea­sure. I wish you the best of luck with wha­te­ver you do next and I hope that you conti­nue to ins­pire and moti­vate those who are lucky enough to be around you. Mer­ci pour tout! 😀
