When you ask: How to lose weight? (part 3)

Here is a small series of posts that cover the most asked questions on Google. Most of these questions won’t be answered here. However, I might, for fun, give an answer if I personally know it. It’s mostly to have fun with why people ask so many questions.

Let me finish. We could say that those who are asking this question are probably looking for a solution that doesn’t affect their pleasures or require effort. In my opinion, we are faced with a dilemma that presents certain scenarios.

Firstly, a resignation that can lead to a certain sadness or guilt that goes in the direction of a kind of bulimia. Beware, I’m not an expert, I’m going with my general knowledge on the subject. I believe that we can be bulimic regardless of our figure. It depends mostly on our relationship with food intake and our mental state.

On the other hand, if we want, we will find the counterpart. The fear of losing control. This fear can be on a speculative projection, in other words, in the case where the person has never experienced the trauma themselves or if they have experienced it, the fear is based on returning to it. The end of this line, in my opinion, is a kind of anorexia. Strongly linked to the figure, the over-analysis of your body and your relationship to food becomes catastrophic for the health of the individual.

This question, placed seventh on the list, speaks volumes about our inability to physically and psychologically manage our diet in our modern world.

The people I work with are few, but they all have one thing in common. They share a common goal, self-fulfillment and more.
