When we understand how we work.
I listened to this while writing this post, try it while you read :o)
This is the twelfth in a series of posts reflecting on our willingness to remember and the quality of that knowledge. These posts should be read in order of publication. Starting with number six, for example, would make no sense to the reader. Happy reading!
This is how any project to be carried out, any objective to be achieved, must consider the time factor for the resources of human nature. Obviously, the fluidity of a group can be transformed over time to accelerate transmission on the infra-channel. We can even draw inspiration from certain aspects of socionics, for example, to choose the type of starting ground and even modify it along the way, but the fact remains that time is an important factor. Just as data decryption also depends on this factor, human beings have an extremely slow processing speed compared to others, and although it varies according to the configuration of the core team of a project, for example, we quickly end up having to interact with a multitude of stakeholders who cannot be replaced.
This is how human resources, the foundation of any performance initiative, become an important and inevitably disruptive issue.
However, it is possible to chop up the elements that make up our objective into blocks that can be carried out by different teams of various compositions. Nevertheless, the speed at which we carry these out will always be limited by the magnitude of the change or movement we want to initiate.
To be continued…
