When parents day need to be redefined
How can we be parents in the world of today? Let’s think about this. A standard human has a 24h day. Let’s vote for an 8h of sleep; now comes the rest. Some parents sleep with their child, but some people cannot even sleep with someone else in the same bed. Anyway, so you have 16h of free time. How will you spend this time?
Look at these simple graphics. There is no rocket science behind that, just common sense. Whether you are in one of these situations, the system drains your time and leave you almost nothing to deal with. Could it be a reason why some many new parents are terminating there couple? To get some time back? This is a real puzzle and people are struggling trying to solve it the best they can.

Depending on your situation, you can spend it solo, with friends, with your close family or with your loved one. No matter what you chose, the only recommendation I could make is to bet on some balance. Now, think about it pretty well; every minute you dedicate to an activity is to be considered. Let’s take an example: Your daily routine may include some makeup and other hygiene activities. Where to you bill that? A default answer would be in your solo time. However, let’s split this solo part in minutes. A hair cut could be a friend activity. Meeting your friend at the barbershop could lead to a fun time. I’m sure the barber would be pleased with this atmosphere.
Another example would be meals. I don’t have to explain, do I?
