When you have to play by the rules.

And a bit of poli­tics! Final­ly, some­times I have to let myself. Inequa­li­ties are eve­ryw­here, but espe­cial­ly in our per­cep­tions. Let me give you a short pre­sen­ta­tion. I’m a child of the bureau­cra­tic indus­try. I don’t know why, but my parents were, and I pro­ba­bly am from copying them. I could have been one in the mining or pro­ces­sing indus­try, but so it was.

I also made choices not to spe­cia­lise in a par­ti­cu­lar indus­try, lea­ving me open. I am also a tech­no­lo­gy spe­cia­list, out of pas­sion, curio­si­ty and choice. I can the­re­fore say that COVID does not impact me. I have clients in dif­fi­cult situa­tions, but others in a good posi­tion. I have always wor­ked from home and I am tech­no­lo­gi­cal­ly autonomous.

But now the eco­no­my is picking up again and the busi­ness losses are clear­ly pas­sed on to cus­to­mers. Where is the sup­ply and demand? There seems to be uncons­cious col­lu­sion so that the most vul­ne­rable will even­tual­ly pay the price. Can we let that hap­pen? What will this lead to in the short, medium and long term?
