And a bit of politics! Finally, sometimes I have to let myself. Inequalities are everywhere, but especially in our perceptions. Let me give you a short presentation. I’m a child of the bureaucratic industry. I don’t know why, but my parents were, and I probably am from copying them. I could have been one in the mining or processing industry, but so it was.
I also made choices not to specialise in a particular industry, leaving me open. I am also a technology specialist, out of passion, curiosity and choice. I can therefore say that COVID does not impact me. I have clients in difficult situations, but others in a good position. I have always worked from home and I am technologically autonomous.
But now the economy is picking up again and the business losses are clearly passed on to customers. Where is the supply and demand? There seems to be unconscious collusion so that the most vulnerable will eventually pay the price. Can we let that happen? What will this lead to in the short, medium and long term?
To be continued…
