When the world approaches digitisation
I listened to this while writing this post, try it while you read :o)
Here’s the rest of my post from yesterday. Let’s go. I told you that I considered myself rather immune to the futile and expensive temptations of the world, but let’s have a look at the business world.
My business model is altruistic in nature. I invest all of my work time exploring topics that will improve the lives of men and women who want to simplify their lives. I would say that I am an advocate of voluntary simplicity in business. A fan of JeJiT (Just enough, Just in Time), I impose certain risk management upon myself and keep hold of my instincts by avoiding the idleness of an overly cosy environment, even if the world can offer it in our time. Everything is done without suffering and without any kind of deficiency.
The only point I am adamant about is access to knowledge and information. It would be inconceivable for a handful of people to limit the supply of human knowledge in order to create a market for it. The same information may be delivered in different ways in order to meet people’s preferences, but pure knowledge must be fully available, even if this form is rather indigestible for the common person.
To be continued…
