When you question yourself.
This is the eleventh in a series of posts reflecting on the importance of our actions and what we do to contribute to something, and ideally, something greater. These posts should be read in order of publication. Starting with number six, for example, would make no sense to the reader. Happy reading!
So you will have understood that I’m not a fan of over-activity. Nor would I recommend or encourage it. In my opinion, it is one of the loopholes that the world offers us and many could fall into the trap. Remember we talked about movement? Obviously, an over-excited person will produce energy in their surroundings. However, unlike other species in the animal kingdom, humans have the ability to make an almost infinite number of movements in and on their environment. Herein lies the problem.
How can we encourage 8 billion people (we will reach that number in 2022) to behave hyperactively? This, in my opinion, would have the effect of an out of control nuclear reactor. So I would say to all those who are in hyper-movement:
- Stop
- Take a deep breath (admit it, you just took a breath! 😂)
- Enjoy the calming effect it has on you, be aware of it
- Read the next few posts.
Hyper-movement is, in my opinion, bordering on behavioral disorder. It is tolerated, just like other disorders. It also has that similarity where the subject believes that their behavior is good for them and for others. Wait, that’s exactly what I’m doing! 🤣
To be continued…
