When we rethink our priorities.
I listened to this while writing this post, try it while you read :o)
This is the thirty-third in a series of posts reflecting on our willingness to remember and the quality of that knowledge. These posts should be read in order of publication. Starting with number six, for example, would make no sense to the reader. Happy reading!
It’s not easy, is it? That’s what I tell myself. First of all, the idea is not to find solutions to everything we come across, but rather to put together a list that we will have to address later. Of course, these problems will have to be addressed in due course, but one thing is a matter of faith and a little help will not be refused!
The blood pressure monitor, for example, doing some research into the history of this device made me realize that the early versions of this device were somewhat barbaric. Fortunately, innovations have “quickly” evolved this instrument so that it becomes non-intrusive, in other words, so that no parts that need to break our integrity, being inserted into our bodies. So much better!

A simple inflatable band attached to non-inflatable ducts connected to a measuring instrument could do the job. The instrument looks a lot like a thermometer, you know what that means, don’t you? This is great news for us! The complementary nature of the instruments means that it reduces our research work! 😁
