When you do a big clear out

Is it possible to incorporate a new activity into your routine? Let’s have a look. I have already mentioned this in several posts, but let’s take a look at a recent and real example. But first and foremost, I am not here to show you an enlightened truth, but to inspire you to go through your own learning experience. My intention will never be to share my personal experimental discoveries with you, but rather to stimulate you to create your own.

So, I recently incorporated a new activity into my routine, an activity that takes about 20 minutes. Fortunately, I had already freed up some space for it in my schedule. My schedule is quite flexible. In other words, this task, although I prefer to do it in the morning or at the latest, before noon. My schedule is so flexible that really, I can choose to do it whenever I see fit. The only rule is to do it.

And what if I forget or choose not to do it on a particular day? In my case, I choose to do it anyway. In other words, by personal contract, I commit to doing this activity 365 times a year. It’s all about commitment.

Coach Danny

See in me a trustworthy person who will not disappoint you. Although, like you, I have to work to make a living, your well being is my main interest and together we will find goals to make you feel fulfilled and proud of you. It has nothing to do with your bank account, your physical appearance or your material assets. Let’s be clear, we are working on fundamental levers for every human, whether you are a homeless person or part of royalty, you have these same levers. I’m Danny (aka CoachDanny). The people I work with are few, but they all have one thing in common. They share a common goal, self-fulfillment and more.
