When you look for sleep.
In my previous post, I mentioned a change in my sleeping habits. I think it’s strange that sleep is becoming a bigger part of my daily routine, but I’m doing a lot less physical work during the day. Not to mention that all that separates me from my bed and desk are a few stairs. I’d be inclined to think that this isn’t very healthy.
Firstly, because my excess weight, although stable, won’t go away on its own. I must admit that I am overweight. Far be it from me, although it has often crossed my mind, to have a body with a sculpted appearance. I can physically feel my excess weight. It is present on the inside before it is present on the outside. I feel that my organs are restricted by excess packaging. My breathing and digestion are affected. They are both less efficient. This, in turn, obviously affects my sleep. This is not my first experience with weight control and I can say that yes, my sleep, through my breathing, is affected.
We’ll see how it all plays out in the coming months.
