When we need to talk about it.
I was recently lucky enough to be told about Paul Cooper, a writer, but above all, a storyteller. One of his projects touched me a lot. It’s a project about the fall of past civilizations and the similarities of those falls. The most simple-minded among us would say that these empires fell in war, but that would only underline the narrow-mindedness of the person who claims this.
Far be it from me to make Paul a unique source of knowledge, but if his words are correct, there are common causes for these disappearances, all of which were in some way elements that started the war. War is a symptom of humanity’s unhappiness. You wouldn’t say that a person died of a cough. While it’s interesting to look at the symptoms of a disease, I think it’s unnecessary to pay them too much attention. Like COVID, we look for the source of the virus rather than making the cough, breathing difficulties and other complications better.
If you have the chance to listen to his podcasts, you may notice that these causes are closely related to the topics we cover on this blog.
