When you still move forward.
I listened to this while writing this post, try it while you read :o)
This is the twenty-seventh in a series of posts reflecting on our willingness to remember and the quality of that knowledge. These posts should be read in order of publication. Starting with number six, for example, would make no sense to the reader. Happy reading!
Becoming aware of our need and reviewing the reasoning, that seems to be a good start for the future. So we were saying we wanted to throw a ball back and forth with a partner. The power of the human mind is pretty awesome. These two steps that we have just named will, throughout the whole process, be repeated over and over again. Some will call it hesitation, caution or restraint, but I think that those who don’t believe in being part of it, the go-getters, the brave, the fearless, are only unconsciously so. Let me go back to that, the reckless will say that you can see constantly revalidating yourself as fear, but would you trust a self-driving vehicle that wouldn’t revalidate its immediate surroundings every microsecond?
Let’s say we stop there for now as far as we’re concerned. The next step would be to validate whether our identified potential partner will see a need to be filled as well. If you’re lucky, you’ll come across someone who has the same need as you do to play with the ball, but this represents only a small portion of the potential candidates. So who are the others and why would they agree to join us?
To be continued…
