When you look back.

This post is the seven­teenth in a series of posts about a reflec­tion on our abi­li­ty to social­ly evolve. These posts should be read in the order of their publi­ca­tion. For example, star­ting with the 6th would make no sense to the rea­der. Hap­py reading!

Today, and after yesterday’s post, I am taking a moment to reflect. Obvious­ly, it will be incom­plete, but it will have the advan­tage of get­ting straight to the point. I am the expert. I am the expert who comes and goes. I am the expert who comes into and out of your lives in the same way. I don’t need any attach­ments, because I am constant­ly on mis­sion. Once my mis­sion is com­plete, I move on to the next one.

Here is a sum­ma­ry of the last few weeks and years. I believe that there are many of us in this situa­tion, but few com­pa­red to the entire popu­la­tion. As far as I am concer­ned, I see that without me, things would move for­ward, but at a much slo­wer pace. I am an accelerator.

It is in this way that I spoke about the experts in yesterday’s post. People may or may not want to improve in order to speed up their evo­lu­tion, but the few of us who do become experts due to a lack of repla­ce­ments. It doesn’t take much for the masses to be satis­fied. If I have the ener­gy, I can car­ry much more than the ave­rage per­son on my shoul­ders, thanks to my know­ledge and know-how.
