When we pick up where we left off.
I listened to this while writing this post, try it while you read :o)
This post is the twelfth in a series of posts about a reflection on our ability to socially evolve. These posts should be read in the order of their publication. For example, starting with the 6th would make no sense to the reader. Happy reading!
So, Twitter has given us a few topics to get our teeth into, but we are still struck by a shortage. So let’s pick up where we left off! I would still like to take a quick look back at the previous posts in order to reposition ourselves. I think it might be difficult to follow the thread of the posts. So here they are in order:
- Introduction to Evolution Topics: Education and Protection
- Etymology of the word education
- Definition of the word education
- Early childhood education
- Motivation for education
- Education of the individual
- Group education 1
- Group education 1
- The ability to motivate education
- The need for education
- The cost of independence
- This post.
So I’m going to go ahead with a little introduction to the distortion of education. Let’s take this situation that could easily happen to several groups of humans.
A group of a respectable number of people are pooling their efforts not only to survive, but also to improve their security and destiny. It is quite possible to believe that if they all put the necessary effort into achieving this goal, there could come a point where there would not be enough essential work for all individuals, even if the result of the work ensures the comfort of all individuals. So this brings us to our second topic, the protective mechanisms that interfere with motivation for education.
To be continued…
