When we give ourselves time to reflect.

I listened to this while writing this post, try it while you read :o)

Sometimes it’s important to take a few moments to catch your breath. Let’s think about it. I can give you a first example that you will understand right off the bat. What do people who get lost in the forest do, despite the fact that it is well known not to do this? They get even more lost. And yes. We tell ourselves that we’re not too far away from the last place we remember, that the path is definitely “that way” and that we will find it again if we adjust our path to cross it again.

Big mistake. Hope brings life, but hope can blind you. Irrationality can be very toxic to yourself and others. In the business world, for example, entrepreneurs quite often fall into entrepreneurial fanaticism and drag customers, suppliers and employees into their dreams with them.

It is important, in the absence of adequate capacity for self-evaluation, to be able to rely on the opinion of your peers. Of course, it is important to identify your trusted people beforehand, but there is no need to achieve perfection in this matter, the important thing is honesty and trust. If no one can play this role in your close circle, it is possible to seek the help of a professional. It doesn’t cost much to have a short consultation and get an honest and informed opinion. The rest is up to you.

See in me a trustworthy person who will not disappoint you. Although, like you, I have to work to make a living, your well being is my main interest and together we will find goals to make you feel fulfilled and proud of you. It has nothing to do with your bank account, your physical appearance or your material assets. Let’s be clear, we are working on fundamental levers for every human, whether you are a homeless person or part of royalty, you have these same levers. I’m Danny (aka CoachDanny). The people I work with are few, but they all have one thing in common. They share a common goal, self-fulfillment and more.
