When you (still) have to deal with it.
I listened to this while writing this post, try it while you read :o)
And yes, did you think you could get away with it that easily? Mental health is not something that goes away that easily. Follow me! You won’t find a diagnosis here and don’t try to find one online. Regardless of whether it is for you or a loved one, the internet is not suitable for this kind of medicine. But let’s have a look at a few more reasons.
Firstly, don’t put your health in the trust of anyone. As a citizen, you may be targeted by people who want to take any advantage of your identity. Be careful, the ultimate proof of trust does not exist. One piece of advice I can give you is to take your time. If it’s urgent, go to the hospital or call 911.
If you’re not feeling distressed, you must trust yourself. If you have someone close to you who you already trust, perhaps you should inform them of your approach.
I know, it isn’t easy. There are a number of things you can do. Stay away from quick fixes. No matter how hard it is, remember that an internal injury takes time to heal, just like in the mind.
