When you’re on your own
I listened to this while writing this post, try it while you read :o)
I know it’s International Women’s Day, but I wanted to be a little bit different. Let’s go. Congratulations to all of you for supporting International Women’s Day. It is very strongly emphasised and rightly deserves it. So, I’m going to offer some support to the System’s employees. Obviously, I wholeheartedly hope that they can transform themselves so as to take control of their destiny. Remember that to be part of the System is to let things go throughout our adult life. Here are some examples.
- Wait for the group to act before acting;
- Wait until we are told to act before acting;
- Wait until fully prepared before acting;
- In other words, wait before acting.
The idea is not to act without thinking, but to give ourselves an objective of action and to measure ourselves in our actions. That’s why I’m building SoloMotivation, because I believe that each person has the potential to achieve their personal goals, but that a helping hand is always welcome :o) So to all the System’s employees, step out of your inertia and take the lead, act!
