When you’re on your own

I lis­te­ned to this while wri­ting this post, try it while you read :o)

I know it’s Inter­na­tio­nal Women’s Day, but I wan­ted to be a lit­tle bit dif­ferent. Let’s go. Congra­tu­la­tions to all of you for sup­por­ting Inter­na­tio­nal Women’s Day. It is very stron­gly empha­si­sed and right­ly deserves it. So, I’m going to offer some sup­port to the System’s employees. Obvious­ly, I who­le­hear­ted­ly hope that they can trans­form them­selves so as to take control of their des­ti­ny. Remem­ber that to be part of the Sys­tem is to let things go throu­ghout our adult life. Here are some examples.

• Wait for the group to act before acting;
• Wait until we are told to act before acting;
• Wait until ful­ly pre­pa­red before acting;
• In other words, wait before acting.

The idea is not to act without thin­king, but to give our­selves an objec­tive of action and to mea­sure our­selves in our actions. That’s why I’m buil­ding Solo­Mo­ti­va­tion, because I believe that each per­son has the poten­tial to achieve their per­so­nal goals, but that a hel­ping hand is always wel­come :o) So to all the System’s employees, step out of your iner­tia and take the lead, act!
