Help! Twit­ter has been taken over by too many…casual topics! Let’s tackle this. To my great mis­for­tune, no par­ti­cu­lar topics ins­pi­red my dai­ly thoughts. So I will recite a poem to you on this snows­torm day.

Oh! How the snow’s been sno­wing!
My win­dow pane is a gar­den of frost.
Oh! How the snow’s been sno­wing!
What is the spasm of living
to the pain that I have, I have.

All the ponds lie fro­zen,
Where do I live? Where do I go? My soul is black!
And all her hopes lie fro­zen;
New Nor­way am I
Whe­re­from blond skies have gone away.

Cry, birds of Februa­ry,
Cry at the sinis­ter chill of things.
Cry, birds of Februa­ry,
Cry my tears, cry my roses,
At the branches of the juni­per, cry.
