When you have to reco­ver from your emo­tions… Or so it seems

Unbe­lie­vable. Today is the ninth day in a row that Twit­ter hasn’t given us a spe­ci­fic topic to talk about. Let’s go. I’m not com­plai­ning, I get to free­style. It allows me to let my mind wan­der here and there, without any real constraint. But what does that mean? I’m not sure whe­ther we should conclude some­thing in haste, but here is my humble reflec­tion on this.

The return to work could be an impor­tant fac­tor. Busi­nesses are no excep­tion when it comes to the new year and good reso­lu­tions. Seve­ral must come at the begin­ning of the fis­cal year. Unfor­tu­na­te­ly, I have not been able to get my hands on any sta­tis­tics on this in just a few minutes. I also couldn’t find the fluc­tua­tion in the num­ber of press articles. It would be inter­es­ting to see if we can see a trend bet­ween a res­t­less world and a silent Twitter.

Ano­ther fact to consi­der is that tren­ding topics are rela­ti­ve­ly mun­dane. These are tags that I see regu­lar­ly and that occa­sio­nal­ly talk about pop culture and sport. Nothing to real­ly point out on that front. For now, my ini­tial hypo­the­sis would be that the Sys­tem has put its contri­bu­tors back to work!
