When we go back to our old ways

This saying has often been seen in a negative light. Not in this case. Let’s think about it. Today is the beginning of the week before the end of the year festivities. It’s not really surprising that the web holds its breath while trying to start all over again. Rather contradictory, isn’t it? The new year is a symbol of freshness, of revival, but in reality, we don’t tend to do much about it.

There you go, I said it. Why bother to bury your head in the sand and deny reality? However, it is not quite as depressing as it would lead us to believe. Sometimes, we do not stick to new habits because they are not made for us or simply because the right time hasn’t come.

Do you remember what my doctor told me? https://coachdanny.ca/2019/11/12/solomotivation-tuesdaymotivation-tuesdaythoughts-2/ He simply told me that the important thing is not what we do, but that we are doing something. In this case, I would say it is more what we do that makes us who we are. Actions will always be better than intentions, although the intention is the starting point of action.

Coach Danny

See in me a trustworthy person who will not disappoint you. Although, like you, I have to work to make a living, your well being is my main interest and together we will find goals to make you feel fulfilled and proud of you. It has nothing to do with your bank account, your physical appearance or your material assets. Let’s be clear, we are working on fundamental levers for every human, whether you are a homeless person or part of royalty, you have these same levers. I’m Danny (aka CoachDanny). The people I work with are few, but they all have one thing in common. They share a common goal, self-fulfillment and more.
