When we want to change

How do you know you’re ready for change? Let’s see. Recently, I chose to make a significant change in my life. No matter what this change may have been, it had an impact on my routine. I have already talked about this in my old vlog, but I will take the opportunity to talk about it here on the blog. I have often noticed that motivators of change and dream sellers highlighted that a significant change in a routine requires an average of 21 days to be accomplished. Well, let’s qualify this.

First of all, as with everything, we have to be careful not to attach a label to ourselves. Our inclination to do so is too tempting. It takes on average, a certain amount of time to incorporate a change into a routine. It changes from one person to another, and for the same person, from one context to another, from one period of the year to another and even from one state of mind to another.

Finally, 21 days is based on a daily activity, but what about weekends? What if it was a task that needs to be done differently, but we already do it several times a day? And what if it was a weekly task? It’s interesting, isn’t it?

To be continued…

Coach Danny

See in me a trustworthy person who will not disappoint you. Although, like you, I have to work to make a living, your well being is my main interest and together we will find goals to make you feel fulfilled and proud of you. It has nothing to do with your bank account, your physical appearance or your material assets. Let’s be clear, we are working on fundamental levers for every human, whether you are a homeless person or part of royalty, you have these same levers. I’m Danny (aka CoachDanny). The people I work with are few, but they all have one thing in common. They share a common goal, self-fulfillment and more.
