When tags clash
Busy day today, it’s certainly the day to say it. Let’s see why. First, I know I already said in this post https://coachdanny.ca/2019/08/23/stopscheer-solomotivation-2/ that I wouldn’t speak about politics, yet here I am again with political tags. What do you want me to say? I don’t control the Twittersphere. But first of all, I would like to point out that the bisexuality tag makes a comeback only 24 hours later, something that is rather rare, considering this is my 170th daily post. I hope it’s for the better, and if so, congrats.
But let’s have a look at the other two tags. On one hand, we have an initiative that supports democracy in its purest form, registering people who can vote in elections. On the other hand, we have a movement that wants to deny this reality by impeaching the ultimate elected official of a nation. It is impressive to see that we cannot always have what we want, and that sometimes, democracy plays tricks on us. An elected official’s mandate may sometimes seem short or long. In this case, it seems to be rather long for some people, but don’t forget that this governance model is not perfect, but it seems much less bad than others. However, there is always room for improvement.
