When a tag is really cool
The tag of today can only be described as wonderful, let’s see why. National Relaxation Day, what more can you say? I would like to give you a simple but short message. Before you shut down all your electronic devices, here’s what you’ll do once they’re switched off. Find an isolated space, away from any potential interruption. It doesn’t necessarily need to be silent or in the dark. Sit cross-legged or lie down on your back. On your back, your arms will be stretched down by your body with your palms facing upwards. Cross-legged, your hands will be together or not, naturally placed in front of you on your legs, with your palms facing the sky. Cross-legged, find a comfortable position, ideally with your back straight, unless this is uncomfortable for you. Close your eyes, breathe through your nose or your mouth. Relax each part of your body one by one, looking for the muscles that you are tensing without realising. You will appreciate this moment of relaxation by welcoming the wellbeing that fills the space freed from the tensions that leave you.
Dosage: repeat as much as possible in the future.
