When we should switch from passive to active

When and how should we switch to active mode? Let’s dive into this. My first advice would be to go graphic. In my opinion, it is the best way to change things. Having a road map you can stick to and adapt through time is a good start. If you’re not too shy, have it on a wall where you can see it every day. You can also have it on your device, but avoid going solo at the beginning.

Going for a change requires three sets of actions that can eventually lead to a single one. First, you will require engagement toward someone else or a group. External human support is the most efficient one you can have to start. Next, you will need a commitment toward a set of values. This is a more abstract concept, but you can think of environmental values or religious ones. See this second one as a bridge to the third one. As you don’t want to stick to the first one, you must become independent, and you don’t want to sink into the extremism of ideology, you must jump into the third one. The Solo motivation realm.

Coach Danny

See in me a trustworthy person who will not disappoint you. Although, like you, I have to work to make a living, your well being is my main interest and together we will find goals to make you feel fulfilled and proud of you. It has nothing to do with your bank account, your physical appearance or your material assets. Let’s be clear, we are working on fundamental levers for every human, whether you are a homeless person or part of royalty, you have these same levers. I’m Danny (aka CoachDanny). The people I work with are few, but they all have one thing in common. They share a common goal, self-fulfillment and more.
