The Motivation week – Monday
As a coach, I cannot realize things for others. My other identity is more about doing things. But which one is the most valuable? And for who? Let’s jump into this. Scaling your talent is something pretty hard to do. As it may sound a natural path for your evolution, it is not always the case. Being good at cooking doesn’t make you good at sharing your knowledge. More important than knowledge, if you can remember your road, you will realize that it took more than that to get where you are.
Motivation is often the key to moving your butt forward and get things done. By done I mean getting things moving, merely moving. Inertia is stronger than you think. Motivation is what will make you move on. But getting in motion is not the end. You must decide on what to do. Hopefully, you have a natural talent to get in action. Then you end up creating valuable things. But did you get there naturally? It depends on many factors. In my case, I was challenged by life. For others, it may be different, but what if you become an adult without being accomplished in your art yet? This is where a coach comes into play.
