When the world is going to change

Office and admi­nis­tra­tive sup­port staff are among­st the top 3 job pro­file to be affec­ted by auto­ma­tion. I can’t say that I don’t unders­tand. In fact, as a free­lance, eve­ry­thing I need has a tool for it. The future mana­gers and wor­kers will less and less need help from humans to exe­cute admi­nis­tra­tive work. We could go through a list of tasks that can be auto­ma­ted, but consi­der that AI dou­bled us with auto­ma­tion tools and sys­tems; we are no lon­ger in the race. AI will manage smart sequen­cing and triage, and power­ful auto­ma­tion sys­tem will exe­cute them is a blink of an eye.

Latest num­bers call a 60% risk for admi­nis­tra­tive jobs to be impac­ted. What is an impact by the way? I define impact as a change from a rea­li­ty A to a rea­li­ty B. How will be the impact? The effect will be huge. Want to know how much? Go back in time 30 years ago. Consi­der how much it is dif­ferent. Take someone from 1990 and bring it today. Ask how much the world looks dif­ferent from his per­cep­tion. This is how the world will look like in 15 years.
