Finally, a tag to relax…
Relaxation should be part of our daily routine as any other thing we do. More than that, it should be part of this kind of reflexes we do like breathing. Let’s think about that. Relaxing is not only about getting alone, in a special place, silent and getting everything you need for you to finally relax. Until you think of that special thing you miss or that your posture is not exactly the right one. In fact, it is more about nothingness. As a famous princess said: “Let it go”. This is the only way you can reach this comfort zone called “relax”. Napping is a good way to get there as you “force” your running brain to stop and get a break. Napping is good. But napping must not be a dogmatic activity. The best naps are the ones you needed. Forcing yourself to go for a nap is nothing more than force yourself to relax. So, ready for a nap? No need for motivation here right?!
