Routine, when you hold us

Today is a bit difficult to choose the daily tag. Between the birth anniversary of Steve Irwin and the pop culture music trends, I chose this tag that has hard time trending. Let’s do with it. This tag is a good example of our need for routine. As days past, we have this unavoidable routine that caught us. We wake up, then we do our stuff, depending on the day of the week, and then we go back to bed. Routine is the easiest way to control our future. As we repeat a pattern, we can relatively foresight our future, or at least, give us this impression. But routine is not just about having a new funny tag to talk about every day, like a spinning wheel that comes again and again. Routine can be a way to simplify the steps we need to do. In that case, we would talk about standardization and automation. Leaders of large corporations claim to use this kind of life hack to help them focus on their main daily problems. Something interesting about that is that they focus on a target. So before waiting for the next trend of the day as a routine, ask yourself “Does it make me achieve or avoid my goal?”

It has nothing to do with your bank account, your physical appearance or your material assets. Let’s be clear, we are working on fundamental levers for every human, whether you are a homeless person or part of royalty, you have these same levers. I’m Danny (aka CoachDanny). The people I work with are few, but they all have one thing in common. They share a common goal, self-fulfillment and more.
